No landlord should accept this rental voucher. They are very misleading. Per the lease they required that I give the tenant the rent is due on the 1st of the month. FHEPS sent me 4 different checks throughout the month and the full rent wasn’t paid until almost the end of every month. I am hoping to evict the tenant as soon as possible.
